Who is Samantha?

Sam is the Head of Partnerships and Corporate Business Development Manager at Treo Wellness, a division of Johnson Health Tech. She is a Certified Wellness Practitioner with a master’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology, she has nearly 20 years of experience in health and wellness, including past roles with Mayo Clinic and Aspirus. Currently living in Kronenwetter with her husband Tucker and their son, her family is within her alma mater, DC Everest School District.

Why United Way?

I joined the United Way when I moved back to Central Wisconsin, following grad school in 2013, inspired by my mom and aunt’s involvement in the former Women in Action events. Over the years, I became actively engaged with Emerging Leaders and Women United, serving on the Emerging Leaders board 2018-2020 and now as Chair and President of Women United. United Way has provided invaluable leadership development for me, deep community connections, and a platform to advance health equity. This all aligns with my personal and professional mission to empower businesses and communities through evidence-based well-being solutions, advocacy, and inclusive health access for all.
