Support Make a Difference Day by Volunteering 

Join fellow Retire United members to assemble care kits for homeowners receiving yard work assistance during Make a Difference Day. These homeowners are often older adults or individuals with limited mobility, many of whom do not have a local support network.

Each kit will contain practical and comforting items such as non-perishable snacks, tissues, hand warmers, lip balm, resource flyers, and a handwritten note of encouragement. The goal is to offer a simple gesture of kindness that can help someone feel seen, supported, and valued.

This is a light-duty, indoor volunteer opportunity that allows you to connect with other retirees while giving back to your neighbors in a meaningful way.

Registration is required by Monday, September 16.
